QSens: \u00dcberblick der 3 Verbundprojekte im Zukunftscluster<\/strong>
Im Rahmen des Zukunftscluster \u201eQsens\u201c ist das IMS CHIPS an den Projekten QVOL, QSCALE und QIND beteiligt. In diesen Projekten soll anwendungsgetrieben an der Markteinf\u00fchrung der Quantensensorik in den Bereichen (Bio-)medizintechnik, Industriesensorik und Sensoren f\u00fcr die Forschung gearbeitet, sowie skalierbare Fertigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten aufzeigt werden.

Neuer i-Line Stepper Canon FPA3030i5a in Betrieb<\/strong>
Mit der Inbetriebnahme des neuen i-Line Steppers Canon FPA3030i5a f\u00fcr optische Lithografie konnte im Juni ein weiterer Meilenstein bei der Erweiterung der IMS \u2013 Linie f\u00fcr 200\u202fmm Wafer erreicht werden. Damit steht nun eine Produktionsanlage auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik zur Verf\u00fcgung, die dem IMS zahlreiche neue M\u00f6glichkeiten zur Entwicklung neuer Prozesse f\u00fcr die Zukunft er\u00f6ffnet.
