data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sensoren sind heute in allen Bereichen\u00a0technischer Anlagen im Einsatz. Sie liefern\u00a0permanent Daten \u00fcber Temperaturen,\u00a0Dr\u00fccke, Strom- und Spannungsverl\u00e4ufe\u00a0usw. die zuverl\u00e4ssig und fortlaufend an<br \/>zentrale Steuerger\u00e4te \u00fcbermittelt werden\u00a0m\u00fcssen, um dort Betriebszust\u00e4nde anhand\u00a0der Sensordaten feststellen zu k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0An modernen Maschinen sind heute\u00a0eine Vielzahl an Sensoren installiert, die<br \/>einen entsprechenden Aufwand bei der\u00a0Verkabelung und der Daten\u00fcbertragung\u00a0mit sich bringen. Erst in einer zentralen\u00a0Steuerungseinheit formt sich dann ein Bild\u00a0\u00fcber den momentanen Betriebszustand.<br \/>Der klassische Sensor ermittelt nur den\u00a0Messwert einer physikalischen Gr\u00f6\u00dfe,\u00a0zieht jedoch keine Schlussfolgerungen\u00a0daraus. Mit Methoden der k\u00fcnstlichen\u00a0Intelligenz (KI) ist es prinzipiell m\u00f6glich,<br \/>Sensordaten zu bewerten und zu klassifizieren.\u00a0Idealerweise erfolgt diese\u00a0Bewertung bereits am Sensor und nicht erst\u00a0in einem Steuerger\u00e4t, zu dem die Rohdaten\u00a0des Sensors erst \u00fcbertragen werden m\u00fcssen.<br \/>Ein intelligenter Sensor kann sich zum\u00a0einen selbst \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und zum anderen\u00a0die von ihm gemessenen Daten bewerten.\u00a0So kann der KI-Sensor anstelle von\u00a0laufend \u00fcbermittelten Temperaturwerten\u00a0einzelne bewertete Daten \u00fcbermitteln:\u00a0\u201eTemperatur ist im zul\u00e4ssigen Bereich\u201c und<br \/>die zu \u00fcbertragende Datenmenge kann\u00a0drastisch reduziert werden, was insbesondere\u00a0bei Anwendungen mit sehr vielen\u00a0Sensoren die notwendige Bandbreite in\u00a0der Kommunikation stark reduziert und die\u00a0Auswertung vereinfacht.<\/p><p>Die am Projekt DoRiE beteiligten\u00a0Forschungspartner haben im erfolgreich\u00a0abgeschlossenen Landesprojekt NeMoH\u00a0in den vergangenen beiden Jahren die\u00a0Grundlagen f\u00fcr eigene KI-Chips gelegt<br \/>und setzen diese nun in industrielle\u00a0Referenzanwendungen um.<\/p><p>Eine spannende Anwendung ist die laufende\u00a0Selbstdiagnose von Magnetventilen, indem\u00a0der KI-Sensor lediglich den Stromverlauf\u00a0des Ventils beim Schaltvorgang beobachtet.\u00a0Anhand des typischen Verlaufs der\u00a0Stromkurve l\u00e4sst sich der Zustand des Ventils\u00a0mit hoher Trefferquote bestimmen.\u00a0So kann festgestellt werden, ob\u00a0das Ventil normal arbeitet, ob das\u00a0Medium zu hei\u00df oder der Druck des<br \/>Mediums zu hoch oder zu niedrig\u00a0ist. Ebenso k\u00f6nnen Fehlfunktionen,\u00a0die z.B. durch Fremdk\u00f6rper im Ventil\u00a0(Sandkorn, Verkrustungen) hervorgerufen\u00a0werden, bestimmt werden:\u00a0\u201eVentil \u00f6ffnet nicht vollst\u00e4ndig\u201c bzw.\u00a0\u201eVentil schlie\u00dft nicht vollst\u00e4ndig\u201c.\u00a0Selbst die Temperatur des Ventilbauteils<br \/>kann aus der Stromkurve abgeleitet werden.\u00a0Mit dem KI-Sensor ausgestattet, kann\u00a0ein Bauteil wie ein Magnetventil seinen\u00a0eigenen Betriebszustand ermitteln und nach\u00a0au\u00dfen signalisieren.<\/p><p>Um diese F\u00e4higkeit nutzen zu k\u00f6nnen,\u00a0m\u00fcssen zahlreiche Systemdaten im Vorfeld\u00a0erhoben und klassifiziert werden. Hierzu\u00a0m\u00fcssen vorab umfangreiche Messungen mit\u00a0k\u00fcnstlich herbeigef\u00fchrten Fehlerzust\u00e4nden\u00a0an Referenzbauteilen durchgef\u00fchrt werden.\u00a0Zur Erfassung dieser Zustandsdaten<br \/>haben die Forschungspartner entsprechende\u00a0Pr\u00fcfst\u00e4nde entwickelt, um tausende\u00a0Datens\u00e4tze automatisiert erstellen zu k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0Mit diesen Daten wird dann ein k\u00fcnstliches\u00a0neuronales Netz trainiert. Das dann\u00a0in der Anwendung im KI-Sensor mit tats\u00e4chlichen\u00a0Messwerten gef\u00fcttert wird. Auch hier werden neuronale\u00a0Netze auf verschiedene Zustandsklassen\u00a0trainiert, um dann in der Anwendung sensornah\u00a0durch ein KI-System bewertet zu<br \/>werden.<\/p><p>Das Projekt wird von einem Industriebeirat,\u00a0bestehend aus den Unternehmen\u00a0Balluff, NEXT.robotics, Pilz, Schunk,\u00a0Staiger und Swoboda begleitet, der\u00a0Systemanforderungen mit definiert und die<br \/>Umsetzung der Anwendungen \u00fcberwacht.\u00a0Dar\u00fcber hinaus bietet das Projekt eine\u00a0kostenlose M\u00f6glichkeit f\u00fcr Unternehmen\u00a0aus Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg, jederzeit
