data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Ziel des QSens-Clusters ist es, die\u00a0hervorragenden Ergebnisse der Grundlagenforschung im Bereich der Quantensensorik aus den Physiklaboren in industrielle Anwendungen im Alltag zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren. Das IMS CHIPS ist an drei Verbundprojekten im Rahmen von QSens beteiligt. In den ersten\u00a03 Jahren soll anwendungsgetrieben an der Markteinf\u00fchrung der Quantensensorik in den Bereichen (Bio-)medizintechnik,\u00a0Industriesensorik und Sensoren f\u00fcr die\u00a0Forschung gearbeitet, sowie skalierbare\u00a0Fertigungsm\u00f6glichkeiten aufzeigt werden.<\/p><p>Das Projekt QVOL besch\u00e4ftigt sich dabei gezielt\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">mit wesentlichen Enabling-Technologien f\u00fcr\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Sensoren basierend auf Festk\u00f6rperdefekten in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Siliziumkarbid, welche eine zentrale Rolle bei\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">der industriellen Nutzung sowie der Steigerung\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">der Skalierbarkeit dieses Sensortyps hin zur\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">angestrebten Hochvolumenproduktion haben\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">werden. Im Fokus des Projektes stehen neben\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">der mikroelektronischen und photonischen\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Integration zur Miniaturisierung und Steigerung\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">der Energieeffizienz dieser Sensoren Fragen\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">der Empfindlichkeitssteigerung f\u00fcr drei verschiedene\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Auspr\u00e4gungen SiC-basierter\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Quantensensoren im Fokus.<\/span><\/p><p>Die im QSCALE-Projekt verfolgte mikroelektronische\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">und photonische Integration\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">NV-Zentren-basierter Sensoren stellt eines\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">der zentralen Werkzeuge zur Erh\u00f6hung der\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Skalierbarkeit einer Sensortechnologie dar,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">weil durch die Integration ein immenses\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Einsparpotential bzgl. der Baugr\u00f6\u00dfe sowie\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">der Leistungsaufnahme des Sensors besteht. In\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Kombination mit der skalierbaren Herstellung\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">des Sensorausgangsmaterials sowie gezielten\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Untersuchungen bzgl. der Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit mikrohybrider\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">f\u00fcr Quantensensoren legt das QSCALEProjekt\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">die wissenschaftlichen und technischen\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Grundlagen f\u00fcr eine zuk\u00fcnftige Nutzung\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">NV-Zentren-basierter Sensoren in M\u00e4rkten\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">mit moderaten bis hohen St\u00fcckzahlen und\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">moderaten bis niedrigen St\u00fcckkosten.<\/span><\/p><p>QIND besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit der\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Weiterentwicklung von Sensoren f\u00fcr\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">die industrielle Anwendung in der\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Prozesstechnik. Diese werden in der industriellen\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Fertigung (z. B. Lebensmittel- oder\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Pharmaindustrie) zur Erzeugung allt\u00e4glicher\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">G\u00fcter in gro\u00dfen St\u00fcckzahlen ben\u00f6tigt.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Die Herausforderungen dort sind eine\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">hohe Genauigkeit und gro\u00dfe Robustheit der\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Sensoren. Neue Quantensensoren k\u00f6nnen die\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Einsatzbandbreite und Genauigkeit wesentlich\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">steigern. Untersucht und entwickelt werden\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">NV-basierte Quantensensoren f\u00fcr den industriellen\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Einsatz in Extrembedingungen, insbesondere\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">hinsichtlich Druck und Temperatur am\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Beispiel von Druck- und F\u00fcllstandssensoren.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Neben dem Sensorkonzept spielt auch\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">die Weiterentwicklung der Aufbau- und\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Verbindungstechnik (AVT) sowie eine geeignete\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Integrationsstrategie eine zentrale Rolle.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
