Die am IMS entwickelte Technologie Hybrid Systems in Foil (HySiF), mit der ultrad\u00fcnne CMOS Chips effizient in Foliensystemen mit gro\u00dffl\u00e4chiger D\u00fcnnfilm-Elektronik kombiniert werden kann, bietet somit ein interessantes Feld f\u00fcr fachlichen Austausch und Zusammenarbeit.<br \/>Prof. Sturm ist gegenw\u00e4rtig Chair des Dept. Electrical and Computer Engineering an der Princeton University in New Jersey, USA. Er ist Fellow des IEEE (seit 2001).
