Unter der Leitung des Herzkatheterspezialisten Osypka aus Rheinfelden erforschen Medizintechnikhersteller wie Philips und der irische Endoskopspezialist Integer sowie der Beleuchtungshersteller Signify gemeinsam mit Technologieanbietern und Forschungseinrichtungen Foliensysteme mit integrierten Siliziumchips. Im deutschen Konsortium des national gef\u00f6rderten Projekts k\u00fcmmert sich das IMS mit dem Partner NanoWired um die Chipintegration in Folien, W\u00fcrth Elektronik und das Fraunhofer EMFT entwickeln die Rolle-zu-Rolle-Technologie f\u00fcr die Kabelsysteme, die die Anwender Osypka und Capical in ihren Anwendungsdemonstratoren erproben.<\/p>\n<p>Die Endnutzerpartner von HyPerStripes haben den Ehrgeiz, durch die Entwicklung neuer Technologien und aggressiver kostensparender Innovationen eine weltweit f\u00fchrende Position f\u00fcr Europa auf dem Markt f\u00fcr intelligente Katheter zu erreichen. Instrumente mit verbesserter Signalintegrit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnen neue Technologien, z. B. k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz, einbeziehen, um eine h\u00f6here Genauigkeit bei Diagnose und Behandlung zu erreichen. Im deutschen Konsortium des Projekts, das mit Forschungseinrichtungen, Technologie- und Anlagenanbietern und Endger\u00e4teherstellern die gesamte Wertsch\u00f6pfungskette abbildet, werden folgende Ziele angestrebt:<\/p>\n<p>\n<ul>\n       <li>Rolle-zu-Rolle-Verarbeitung auf flexiblen und dehnbaren Bahnsubstraten, die eine praktisch &bdquo;endlose&ldquo; Elektronik mit integrierten Komponenten erm\u00f6glichen.\n       <li>Design- und Simulationsverfahren f\u00fcr flexible Systeme, die Aspekte der Nachhaltigkeit und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit von Beginn der Entwicklungsphase an f\u00fcr alle Anwendungsf\u00e4lle ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/li>\n<li>Hochzuverl\u00e4ssige Chip-Verbindungen f\u00fcr die Bare-Die-Integration bei niedrigen Temperaturen auf der Grundlage von Nanostrukturen. Digitale Algorithmen f\u00fcr die lithografische Musterung und Autokorrektur von Ma\u00dfverzerrungen in flexiblen und dehnbaren Foliensubstraten.<\/li>\n<li>Implementierung einer nachhaltigen Technologieplattform, lithografisch definierte Kupfermuster und in Kooperation mit den niederl\u00e4ndischen Partnern gedruckte Verdrahtungssysteme bietet.
