and Data Conversion Techniques for Hybrid System-in-Foil&#8220; von Dr. Mourad Elsobky wurde mit dem Springer Theses Prize ausgezeichnet. <br \/>Die Dissertation von Mourad Elsobky beschreibt Fortschritte in der Technik der hybriden Mikroelektronik-Systeme in Folie Dazu geh\u00f6rt ein innovativer Ansatz f\u00fcr die Implementierung sensorischer Funktionen au\u00dferhalb des Chips, wenn eine gro\u00dfe Fl\u00e4che ben\u00f6tigt wird und auf dem Chip, wenn Sensoren kompakt sein k\u00f6nnen, aber dennoch von hoher Qualit\u00e4t sein m\u00fcssen. Der Off-Chip-Ansatz wird an einem neuartigen Feuchtigkeitssensor demonstriert.
