class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Das Institut f\u00fcr Mikroelektronik Stuttgart erh\u00e4lt eine Zuwendung im Rahmen des Europ\u00e4ischen Fonds f\u00fcr regionale Entwicklung (EFRE) \u2013 Innovation und Energiewende \u2013 REACT-EU als Teil der Reaktion der Union auf die COVID-19-Pandemie finanziert F\u00f6rderperiode 2014-2020 im Rahmen der Verwaltungsvorschrift EFRE \u2013 Erweiterung von Innovationskapazit\u00e4ten \u2013 EVI 2014-2020 des Ministeriums f\u00fcr Wirtschaft, Arbeit und Tourismus.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bewilligung erfolgt im Wege der Anteilsfinanzierung zur Projektf\u00f6rderung f\u00fcr das Vorhaben\u00a0<strong>Nanopatterning Cluster+.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Anschaffung des  Elektronenstrahllithographiesystems erfolgte mit Hilfe von Mitteln der Europ\u00e4ischen Union zur Unterst\u00fctzung  der Krisenbew\u00e4ltigung im Zusammenhang mit der COVID-19- Pandemie und ihrer  sozialen Folgen und der Vorbereitung einer gr\u00fcnen, digitalen und stabilen  Erholung der Wirtschaft (REACT-EU), ausgereicht \u00fcber das EFRE-Programm  Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg 2014-2020.<\/p>\n<p>Das\u00a0<strong>Elektronenstrahllithographiesystem Vistec SB255<\/strong>\u00a0erm\u00f6glicht die automatische Belichtung von Masken bis zu 7 Zoll und Wafern bis zu 200 mm Durchmesser. Zur Anwendung kommt dabei die sogenannte Formstrahltechnik, bei der durch die elektronen-optische Abbildung zweier Blenden beliebige Rechtecke und 45\u00b0 Dreiecke mit einer Abmessung von maximal 2 \u00b5m x 2 \u00b5m auf einmal belichtet werden k\u00f6nnen. Diese Technik erm\u00f6glicht, in Verbindung mit &bdquo;Write-on-the-fly&ldquo; und Vector Scan, eine im Vergleich zu Punktstrahlschreibern deutlich schneller Belichtung von orthogonalen und diagonalen Strukturen. Andersartig geformte Strukturen werden entsprechend angen\u00e4hert belichtet. Zus\u00e4tzlich ist das System mit der sogenannten Zellprojektion ausgestattet. Damit k\u00f6nnen auch komplexere Designbl\u00f6cke mit einer maximalen Ausdehnung von 2 \u00b5m x 2 \u00b5m im Block belichtet werden.
