Entwicklung zuverl\u00e4ssiger elektronischer Komponenten, die direkt in Maschinenbauteile integriert werden und dort sicherheitsrelevante Sensordaten ermitteln. So kann ein intelligenter Gummischlauch zuk\u00fcnftig fr\u00fchzeitig \u00dcberlastungen und Besch\u00e4digungen erkennen und damit einen sicheren Betrieb erm\u00f6glichen. Am Karlsruher Institut f\u00fcr Technologie (KIT) entwickeln Forschende daf\u00fcr eine zentrale Komponente: gedruckte Sicherheitsschaltungen mit speziellen hardwarebasierten Funktionen, sogenannte Physical Unclonable Functions (PUFs).
