class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Quantencomputer sollen einmal in hohem Tempo Problemstellungen l\u00f6sen, die f\u00fcr klassische Computersysteme nicht bearbeitbar sind. Bis die Rechner jedoch praxistauglich werden, m\u00fcssen sie eine deutlich h\u00f6here Anzahl an Qubits verarbeiten und niedrigere Fehlerraten aufweisen. Ein Forschungsverbund unter Federf\u00fchrung von Prof. Stefanie Barz von der Universit\u00e4t Stuttgart entwickelt hierf\u00fcr nun einen photonischen Quantenprozessor, der die Realisierung von Quantenalgorithmen mit wenigen Qubits erlaubt und perspektivisch eine schnelle Skalierung auf praxisrelevante Qubit-Zahlen erm\u00f6glichen soll.<\/p><p>Um neue, skalierbare Quantenprozessoren zu erforschen, gibt es die verschiedensten Ans\u00e4tze: Atom- und Ionenfallen, Supraleiter, Halbleiter oder verschr\u00e4nkte Photonen. Im Projekt PhotonQ, das vom Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) mit rund<\/p><p>16 Millionen Euro gef\u00f6rdert wird, m\u00f6chten die Universit\u00e4ten Stuttgart, W\u00fcrzburg, Mainz und Ulm, die Technische Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnchen, das Institut f\u00fcr Mikroelektronik Stuttgart und die Vanguard Automation GmbH einen Prozessor f\u00fcr einen photonischen Quantencomputer entwickeln. Das Herz des Quantenprozessors ist ein integrierter photonischer Chip.<\/p><p>IMS CHIPS erforscht und entwickelt in PhotonQ die integrierten photonischen Chips mit neuartigen Komponenten wie extrem-d\u00e4mpfungsarmen Phasenschiebern.
