\n\t <\/strong>Im Rahmen des BMBF-Zukunftsclusters QSens \u2013 Quantensensoren der Zukunft haben sich die beiden Universit\u00e4ten Stuttgart und Ulm, drei Stuttgarter Forschungsinstitute sowie 19 industrielle Partner zusammengeschlossen, um gemeinsam \u00fcber die n\u00e4chsten neun Jahre Quantensensoren in den Markt zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren. Das BMBF unterst\u00fctzt QSens mit bis zu 45 Mio. EUR.

Projekt INOSENS \u2013 Untersuchungen zu einem innovativen optischen Drehwinkelsensor<\/strong>
\n\t Das Forschungsprojekt INOSENS untersucht einen neuartigen, hochaufl\u00f6senden optischen Drehwinkelsensor, der auf einer miniaturisierten Sensorplattform verbaut ist. Neben dem Drehwinkel einer Achse k\u00f6nnen so auch die Umgebungstemperatur und Vibrationen des Geh\u00e4uses gemessen werden. Alle Sensorwerte werden Dank eines leistungsstarken Mikrocontrollers analysiert, gespeichert und in einer intelligenten Zustands\u00fcberwachung vereint.

Flexible Elektronik f\u00fcr die Medizintechnik \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 Intelligente Sensorik durch integrierte Auswerte-ASICs<\/strong>
\n\t Im k\u00fcrzlich abgeschlossenen Projekt Flexmax konnten zwei Beispiele flexibler elektronischer Systeme f\u00fcr Anwendungen in der Medizintechnik demonstriert werden. Best\u00fcckt mit vom IMS entworfenen ASICs zur Auswertung von Biegesensoren und erprobten Technologien zur hybriden Folienintegration wurden neuartige Herzkatheter und ein Foliensystem zur Atem\u00fcberwachung von Fr\u00fchgeborenen entwickelt und in ersten Anwendungsszenarien erprobt.

MST Kongress 2021\u2013 Fachtagung f\u00fcr Mikrosystemtechnik in Ludwigsburg<\/strong>
\n\t Vom 8. \u2013 10. November 2021 fand in Ludwigsburg der Mikro-System-Technik-Kongress statt, eine gemeinsame Veranstaltung des BMBF und des VDE, die alle zwei Jahre ausgerichtet wird. Bei dieser gr\u00f6\u00dften deutschen Fachtagung f\u00fcr Mikrosystemtechnik tauschten sich Expertinnen und Experten drei Tage lang \u00fcber die neuesten Entwicklungen und Forschungsthemen aus. Die Schirmherrschaft hatte bei der diesj\u00e4hrigen Veranstaltung Prof. Dr. Joachim Burghartz, Direktor und Vorsitzender des Vorstands des Instituts f\u00fcr Mikroelektronik Stuttgart inne.
