class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Die Themen in der aktuellen Ausgabe sind:<\/p><p><strong>Deutscher Zukunftspreis 2020<\/strong><br \/>Das Projekt \u201eEUV-Lithografie \u2013 neues Licht f\u00fcr das digitale Zeitalter\u201c ist Gewinner des Deutschen Zukunftspreises 2020. Ein Schl\u00fcsselelement zur Herstellung der EUV-Optiken sind hochgenaue \u201eComputer Generierte Hologramme\u201c, die in einer einzigartigen Technologie am Institut f\u00fcr Mikroelektronik Stuttgart entwickelt und hergestellt werden.<\/p><p><strong>Mikroelektronik f\u00fcr KI \u2013 Neuromorphe Hardware<\/strong><br \/>In diesem vom Land Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg gef\u00f6rderten Verbundprojekt werden die Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr lernf\u00e4hige sowie sichere und energieeffiziente KI-Chips entwickelt. Diese gelten inzwischen als zentrale Bausteine f\u00fcr immer mehr Anwendungen aus den Bereichen der Industrie 4.0 und dem Internet der Dinge.<\/p><p><strong> MOCVD 4.2 \u2013 Metal Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition-Technologie<\/strong><br \/>Das Projekt \u201eMOCVD 4.2\u201c ist ein gemeinschaftliches, \u00f6ffentlich gef\u00f6rdertes Projekt zur Erh\u00f6hung der Produktionstauglichkeit der MOCVD (Metal Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition)-Technologie f\u00fcr Anwendungen in der Leistungselektronik, in der Photovoltaik sowie in der Nano-Photonik und Sensorik. Innerhalb des Projektes werden die von den Projektpartnern gestellten GaN-auf-Si-Wafer am IMS CHIPS charakterisiert.<\/p><p><strong>MULTI-3D \u2013 Fokusmodulierendes Multimodales 3D-Sensorsystem<\/strong><br \/>IMS CHIPS hat sich im Projekt \u201eMULTI-3D\u201c mit der Erforschung eines CMOS-Bildsensors, der einen sehr gro\u00dfen Dynamikbereich mit einer linearen Kennlinie und einem gro\u00dfen Signal-zu-Rausch-Verh\u00e4ltnis abbilden kann, befasst.
