Land Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg gef\u00f6rderten Projekt &#8222;Mikroelektronik f\u00fcr KI &#8211; Neuromorphe Hardware&#8220; erforschen und entwickeln drei industrienahe Forschungsinstitute der Innovationsallianz Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg lernf\u00e4hige, sichere und energieeffiziente KI-Chips.<\/p><p>Diese gelten als elementare Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Anwendungen im Bereich der Industrie 4.0 und des Internet of Things (IoT). Koordiniert wird das Projekt vom Institut f\u00fcr Mikroelektronik Stuttgart (IMS CHIPS). Gemeinsam mit dem Forschungszentrum Informatik (FZI) und der Hahn-Schickard-Gesellschaft f\u00fcr angewandte Forschung e. V., begleitet von einem Industriebeirat, ist das Projekt Mitte 2019 gestartet.<\/p><p><br \/>Das Institut bringt seine Expertise im Entwurf komplexer integrierter Schaltungen, in der Messtechnik und im Aufbau intelligenter Mikrosysteme ein. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird das IMS CHIPS ASICs entwickeln, die analoge Eingangssignale erfassen, vorverarbeiten und auf Basis einer Auswerteplattform mit einem neuromorphen Ansatz weiterverarbeiten
