So sind bereits heute Drehwinkelsensoren mit sehr hoher Aufl\u00f6sung kommerziell verf\u00fcgbar. Ziel ist es, die Aufl\u00f6sung eines miniaturisierten optischen Drehgebers durch Interpolation weiter zu erh\u00f6hen und mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Sensorinformationen m\u00f6gliche Ausf\u00e4lle fr\u00fchzeitig zu erkennen.<\/p><p>IMS CHIPS ist f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Inbetriebnahme des Opto-ASICs im INOSENS Projekt zust\u00e4ndig.
