Ziel des Gesamtvorhabens ist die Erforschung und Entwicklung eines kleinen, robusten und preiswerten LiDAR-Systems ohne bewegliche Teile f\u00fcr die optische Sensorik in Industrie 4.0 und der flexiblen, vernetzten Produktion. Aktuelle LiDAR-Systeme sind bauartbedingt zu gro\u00df und zu teuer f\u00fcr den massenhaften Einsatz und durch rotierende Sende- und Empfangseinheiten zu ersch\u00fctterungsanf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr den Betrieb in schnell bewegten Systemen wie Robotern und Fahrzeugen im Stra\u00dfenverkehr.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-cfccd6f elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"cfccd6f\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ecd4b5f exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"ecd4b5f\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eaf7979 exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eaf7979\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Um diese sich teils stark in ihren Anforderungen unterscheidenden M\u00e4rkte bedienen zu k\u00f6nnen, sind neuartige Basistechnologien notwendig, die insbesondere kleine und robuste LiDAR-Systeme erm\u00f6glichen. F\u00fcr die Realisierung eines solchen Systems ohne bewegliche Teile bietet sich die Integration mittels der Siliziumphotonik an, indem die gro\u00dfe, bisher rotierende Sendeeinheit durch ein OPA, realisiert als optischer Silizium-Schaltkreis, ersetzt wird. Die Herausforderung auf der Technologieseite besteht in der extremen Dichte an optischen Komponenten mit &gt; 100 optischen Phasenschiebern pro Chip und den daraus resultierenden komplexen Verdrahtungen und Prozessen.<\/p><p>Das IMS CHIPS ist f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Fertigung der Sendeeinheit des LiDAR-Systems auf Basis einer Matrix von optischen Phasenschiebern (OPA\u2026Optical Phased Array) integriert auf einem Siliziumphotonik-Chip verantwortlich.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
