Oktober 2026, begr\u00fc\u00dften unsere Institutsleiter Prof. Dr. Niels Quack und Prof. Dr. Jens Anders den CDU-Landtagsabgeordneten Albrecht Stickel gemeinsam mit Jessica Kl\u00e4ber am IMS CHIPS in Stuttgart.<br \/>Der Besuch kn\u00fcpfte an den pers\u00f6nlichen Austausch beim Landtagslunch im September an und bot Gelegenheit, den Dialog \u00fcber die Zukunft des Innovationsstandorts Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg fortzusetzen.<br \/>Im Mittelpunkt des Austauschs stand die Bedeutung von Forschung und technologischer Innovation f\u00fcr die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit des Landes. Als anwendungsorientiertes Forschungsinstitut leistet das IMS CHIPS einen wichtigen Beitrag dazu, neue Entwicklungen in der Mikroelektronik voranzutreiben und Forschungsergebnisse in industrielle Anwendungen zu \u00fcberf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Der direkte Austausch zwischen politischen Entscheidungstr\u00e4gern und Forschungseinrichtungen ist ein wichtiger Baustein f\u00fcr ein leistungsf\u00e4higes Innovations\u00f6kosystem. Er schafft gegenseitiges Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr technologische Entwicklungen, aktuelle Herausforderungen und die Rahmenbedingungen, die notwendig sind, um Innovationen nachhaltig voranzubringen.<br \/>Wir bedanken uns bei Albrecht Stickel und Jessica Kl\u00e4ber f\u00fcr das Interesse an unserer Arbeit und den konstruktiven Dialog.
