Seit vielen Jahren engagiert sich Ulrike Passlack f\u00fcr das Technologie-Netzwerk microTEC S\u00fcdwest. Mit ihrer Wahl in den Vorstand \u00fcbernimmt sie nun zus\u00e4tzliche Verantwortung. Frau Passlack, Sie engagieren sich bereits seit vielen Jahren bei microTEC S\u00fcdwest. Was macht das Netzwerk f\u00fcr Sie besonders?<\/strong><\/p>

microTEC S\u00fcdwest bringt Menschen aus Industrie, Forschung und Entwicklung zusammen, die eines gemeinsam haben: den Wunsch, Innovationen voranzutreiben. F\u00fcr mich ist das Netzwerk ein Ort, an dem neue Ideen entstehen, Kooperationen wachsen und Wissen offen geteilt wird. Gerade dieser Austausch \u00fcber Fach- und Branchengrenzen hinweg macht den besonderen Wert des Netzwerks aus.<\/p>

<\/p>

Wie begann Ihr Engagement bei microTEC S\u00fcdwest?<\/strong><\/p>

Mein Einstieg erfolgte bereits in meinem ersten Jahr bei IMS CHIPS. Damals wurde ich von einer Kolleginnen an das Netzwerk herangef\u00fchrt und habe schnell erkannt, welches Potenzial darin steckt. Mit der Zeit konnte ich mich immer st\u00e4rker einbringen, zun\u00e4chst fachlich und sp\u00e4ter auch in repr\u00e4sentativen Funktionen. Besonders die Arbeit als Gruppensprecherin f\u00fcr Mikromedizintechnik hat meinen Blick auf die vielf\u00e4ltigen M\u00f6glichkeiten innerhalb des Netzwerks erweitert.<\/p>

<\/p>

Welche Bedeutung hat microTEC S\u00fcdwest f\u00fcr IMS CHIPS?<\/strong><\/p>

Das Netzwerk bietet uns eine hervorragende Plattform, um unsere Kompetenzen sichtbar zu machen und gleichzeitig von den Erfahrungen anderer Mitglieder zu profitieren. \u00dcber die Jahre konnten wir unsere Pr\u00e4senz kontinuierlich ausbauen und wertvolle Kooperationen initiieren. Dadurch entstehen neue Impulse \u2013 sowohl f\u00fcr unsere Forschung als auch f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Anwendungen und Projekte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Sie wurden in den Vorstand gew\u00e4hlt. Welche Schwerpunkte m\u00f6chten Sie setzen?<\/strong><\/p>

Mir ist wichtig, die St\u00e4rken des Netzwerks weiter auszubauen und den Austausch zwischen den Mitgliedern aktiv zu f\u00f6rdern. Gleichzeitig m\u00f6chte ich dazu beitragen, Zukunftsthemen fr\u00fchzeitig zu identifizieren und relevante Akteure miteinander zu vernetzen. Besonders spannend finde ich die Rolle als Br\u00fcckenbauerin zwischen Forschung, Industrie und Anwendung.<\/p>

<\/p>

Wo sehen Sie microTEC S\u00fcdwest in den kommenden Jahren?<\/strong><\/p>

Ich bin \u00fcberzeugt, dass die Bedeutung des Netzwerks weiterwachsen wird. Themen wie intelligente Sensorsysteme, Medizintechnik, Digitalisierung und nachhaltige Technologien werden zunehmend interdisziplin\u00e4re Zusammenarbeit erfordern. Genau daf\u00fcr bietet microTEC S\u00fcdwest die ideale Plattform. Projekte wie Chip Connect zeigen bereits heute, wie erfolgreich dieser Ansatz ist.<\/p>

<\/p>

Worauf freuen Sie sich pers\u00f6nlich am meisten?<\/strong><\/p>

Vor allem auf die M\u00f6glichkeit, gemeinsam mit vielen engagierten Menschen die Zukunft des Netzwerks mitzugestalten. \u00dcber die Jahre sind zahlreiche fachliche und pers\u00f6nliche Verbindungen entstanden. Diese Gemeinschaft ist etwas Besonderes und motiviert mich jeden Tag aufs Neue.<\/p>
