der Transfer-Booster-Ausschreibung f\u00fcr Quantentechnologie-Demonstratoren innerhalb von QuantumBW wurde erfolgreich das Projekt <strong>QuID-Neuro: Quantenbioanalytische Integration f\u00fcr Echtzeitdiagnostik in der Neuroonkologie <\/strong>eingeworben. Zusammen mit den Projektpartnern <strong>Universit\u00e4t Stuttgart (PI3)<\/strong> und <strong>Universit\u00e4tsklinikum Freiburg<\/strong> sollen NV-Magnetometer-Quantensensoren f\u00fcr die Detektion von Biomarkern in der Hirntumor-Medizin entwickelt werden. Die NMR-Quantensensorik soll dabei die ben\u00f6tigte hohen Sensitivit\u00e4t und die robuste Selektivit\u00e4t innerhalb der hochkomplexen Zerebrospinalfl\u00fcssigkeit erm\u00f6glichen. Der wissenschaftliche Erfolg der gesamten klinischen Anwendung h\u00e4ngt davon ab, ob der Sensor den kritischen D-2-Hydroxyglutarat-Schwellenwert trotz St\u00f6rungen durch Signale einer Vielzahl molekularer Substanzen in den klinischen Proben zuverl\u00e4ssig detektieren kann. Dies erfordert zum einen die Entwicklung und Integration der Quantensensor-NMR mit geeigneter Mikrofluidik, kombiniert mit chemischen Vorreinigungsschritten. Die Projektdauer betr\u00e4gt 1 Jahr und der IMS-F\u00f6rderanteil betr\u00e4gt 90
