Die MEMS 2026 best\u00e4tigte erneut ihren Status als eine der weltweit f\u00fchrenden und zugleich kompetitivsten Konferenzen im Bereich der Mikro- und Nanosystemtechnik.<\/p>

Weniger als 45 % der eingereichten Beitr\u00e4ge wurden nach strenger Begutachtung akzeptiert \u2013 ein Qualit\u00e4tsma\u00dfstab, der sich auch 2026 deutlich widerspiegelte.<\/p>

<\/p>

Prof. Dr. Niels Quack, Institutsleiter vom IMS CHIPS, war in vielf\u00e4ltigen Funktionen aktiv: als Session Chair, Mitglied mehrerer zentraler Gremien der MEMS-Community sowie als Editorial-Board-Mitglied von JMEMS. Damit trug er ma\u00dfgeblich zur inhaltlichen Gestaltung der Konferenz bei.<\/p>

Ein besonderer Fokus lag auf den Dedicated Industry Sessions, die aktuelle Entwicklungen an der Schnittstelle von MEMS, K\u00fcnstlicher Intelligenz, Photonik, Akustik und drahtloser Kommunikation beleuchteten \u2013 Themen mit hoher Relevanz f\u00fcr die strategische Ausrichtung von IMS CHIPS.<\/p>

Neben hochkar\u00e4tigen wissenschaftlichen Beitr\u00e4gen pr\u00e4sentierten auch zwei Studierende aus dem IMS-Umfeld ihre Forschungsergebnisse. Erg\u00e4nzt wurde die Konferenz durch intensiven Austausch mit Industrie- und Forschungspartnern sowie eine starke Sichtbarkeit von IMS CHIPS auf der Ausstellung durch Niels Quack und am Jobboard.
