Beams &amp; More Workshop im HLRS Stuttgart und im IMS CHIPS statt \u2013 mit rund 100 Teilnehmenden, davon viele auch online zugeschaltet. Unsere Agenda umfasste aktuelle Themen wie E-Beam &amp; Laser Patterning, Photonic Processes &amp; Devices, EUV &amp; Nanoimprint Lithography sowie Micro-Optics &amp; Micromechanics.<\/p><p>Wir bedanken uns bei allen Referentinnen und Referenten f\u00fcr ihre spannenden Beitr\u00e4ge, beim gesamten Organisationsteam unter Leitung von Julian Hartbaum f\u00fcr die perfekte Umsetzung und bei allen Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern f\u00fcr den aktiven Austausch. Besonders gesch\u00e4tzt wurden die informellen Gespr\u00e4che zwischen den Vortr\u00e4gen und am Abend \u2013 hier entstand vielerorts bereits wertvoller Input f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Projekte.<\/p><p>Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den 23.
