Oktober 2025 fand an der Khalifa University in Abu Dhabi die internationale <strong>IEEE Biomedical Circuits and Systems (BioCAS) Conference<\/strong> statt. Rund 200 Teilnehmende aus aller Welt kamen zusammen, um aktuelle Forschungsergebnisse und Entwicklungen im Bereich biomedizinischer Schaltungen und Systeme zu diskutieren.<\/p><p>Im Track \u201cBiosensor Devices and Interface Circuits\u201d pr\u00e4sentierte Darcy Maguire das Paper \u201e<em>A Versatile Low-Power ASIC with Dynamic Calibration for Electrical Impedance Tomography<\/em>\u201c. Besonders der Dialog mit Forschenden aus unterschiedlichen Disziplinen und die Vorstellung neuer Ans\u00e4tze und Technologien im Bereich der biomedizinischen Sensorik und Bildgebung waren \u00e4u\u00dferst inspirierend.<\/p><p>Auch das Rahmenprogramm bot Gelegenheit zum Networking \u2013 unter anderem bei einem Abendessen auf einer Yacht entlang der K\u00fcste von Abu Dhabi.
