Am vergangenen Montag war IMS CHIPS bei der renommierten Clusterkonferenz von microTEC S\u00fcdwest in Baden-Baden vertreten. Fachvortrag zu Germanium-auf-Silizium-Detektoren<\/strong><\/p>

Unsere Kollegin Lena Schad war als Speakerin geladen und begeisterte das Fachpublikum mit ihrem Vortrag:
\u201eGermanium-auf-Silizium-Nahinfrarot-Detektorsysteme f\u00fcr mikromedizinische Sensoranwendungen\u201c<\/p>

Im Zentrum ihres Beitrags stand unsere gemeinsam mit dem Institut f\u00fcr Halbleitertechnik der Universit\u00e4t Stuttgart (IHT) entwickelte Ge-on-Si-Detektortechnologie. Vorgestellt wurden verschiedene Detektorarchitekturen \u2013 von der klassischen Photodiode bis hin zum Einzelphotonendetektor.<\/p>

Besonderes Augenmerk lag auf unserem Ge-on-Si-On-Chip-Spektrometer sowie der umfassenden Mikrosystemintegration \u2013 von der Lichtquelle bis zum Detektorchip \u2013 f\u00fcr medizinische Sensoranwendungen im Nahinfrarotbereich (1000\u20131600\u202fnm).<\/p>

    Ein rundum gelungenes Event<\/strong><\/p>

    Die Clusterkonferenz versammelte rund 200 Teilnehmende aus Wissenschaft und Industrie. Neben spannenden Vortr\u00e4gen und einer hochwertigen Poster-Session bot das Event vielf\u00e4ltige M\u00f6glichkeiten zum Networking und Ideenaustausch.<\/p>
