Mit dabei war auch Herr Prof. Dr. Brem \u2013 sowohl in seiner Funktion als Institutsleitung sowie als Vorstand vom IMS CHIPS.<\/p><p>Im Mittelpunkt des Treffens stand ein offener, fachlich inspirierender Austausch \u00fcber die Potenziale der Mikro- und Nanotechnologien an der Schnittstelle zwischen Forschung und Anwendung.
