Weiterentwicklung patentierter GaN-Nanohole-Technologie im ALL2GaN-Projekt<\/strong>
Die vom IMS patentierte GaN Nanohole-Technologie zur Herstellung normal-ausgeschalteter GaN High Electron Mobility Transistoren (HEMTs) mit positiver Einschaltspannung wird im ALL2GaN-Projekt weiterentwickelt. Dazu werden anhand von Anwendungsdemonstratoren monolithisch integrierte Schaltungen hergestellt, die auf einem Wafer die gleichzeitige Herstellung von Leistungs-, Hochfrequenz- und MEMS-Bauteilen in einer gemeinsamen GaN-Technologie erm\u00f6glichen.

HyPerStripes – Neue Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik f\u00fcr zuverl\u00e4ssige, biegbare Elektronik<\/strong>
Mit dem zweiten erfolgreichen Review-Treffen im April, das am IMS CHIPS stattfand, startet das europ\u00e4ische Verbundprojekt HyPerStripes \u2013 \u201eNeue Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik f\u00fcr zuverl\u00e4ssige, biegbare Elektronik\u201c in das letzte Jahr. 16 Partner aus drei L\u00e4ndern erarbeiten gemeinsam L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr flexible Verbindungen und fl\u00e4chige, hybride Foliensysteme.

Projekt PhotonQ<\/strong>
Im Projekt PhotonQ, gef\u00f6rdert vom BMBF, soll mit Universit\u00e4tspartnern ein messbasierter und skalierbarer Prozessor f\u00fcr einen photonischen Quantencomputer entwickelt werden. Das Herz des Quantenprozessors ist ein integrierter photonischer Chip, der am IMS entwickelt und erforscht wird. Dazu sollen neuartige Phasenschieber, integrierte optische Schaltungen und die optische Verbindungstechnik untersucht werden.
