Ziel ist es die Aufl\u00f6sung eines miniaturisierten optischen Drehgebers durch Interpolation weiter zu erh\u00f6hen und mit zus\u00e4tzlichen Sensorinformationen m\u00f6gliche Ausf\u00e4lle fr\u00fchzeitig zu erkennen.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Das IMS CHIPS ist f\u00fcr die Entwicklung und Inbetriebnahme des Opto-ASICs im INOSENS Projekt zust\u00e4ndig.
