class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Am IMS wurde ein neuer optischer Messplatz f\u00fcr die Charakterisierung von integrierten optischen Schaltungen aufgebaut. Dieser dient haupts\u00e4chlich zur Endkontrolle von photonischen Chips, der Charakterisierung von neuen Prozessen in der Silizium-Photonik-Linie, sowie der Qualifizierung des Designs neuer oder verbesserter photonischer Bauteile. Hierf\u00fcr ist eine schnelle und zuverl\u00e4ssige optische Messtechnik unerl\u00e4sslich. Umfangreiche Design-Parameter-Variationen sowie die zuverl\u00e4ssige Extraktion verschiedener Performance-Gr\u00f6\u00dfen erfordern oftmals die Vermessung hunderter oder tausender Testschaltungen. Aus diesem Grund wurde aus einem manuell bedienbaren Messplatz, aufbauend auf einem Hexapod mit Piezo-Aufsatz und einem Halbleiter-Prober, der neue teil-automatisierte Messplatz entwickelt. So wurde ein neues Software-Framework aufgesetzt, ein kapazitiver Abstandssensor integriert, und die optischen Signalwege optimiert. Vor allem die hohe mechanische Pr\u00e4zision erm\u00f6glicht nun die Aufnahme von Durchsatzspektren mit einer Reproduzierbarkeit von \u00b10,25 dB.<\/p>\n<p>Mit dem Messplatz k\u00f6nnen optische Schaltungen auf Einzelchips bis hin zu 150-mm-Wafern im Wellenl\u00e4ngenbereich von 1510 \u2013 1610 nm vermessen werden. Gitterkoppler innerhalb einer Fl\u00e4che von etwa 10 x 10 mm\u00b2 werden dabei automatisch nacheinander mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 800 bis 1000 Durchsatzspektren pro Stunde angefahren. Dar\u00fcber hinausgehen-de Bereiche eines Wafers k\u00f6nnen durch ein Verschieben der Wafer-Stage erreicht werden, was aktuell noch ein erneutes manuelles Alignment erfordert. F\u00fcr die Ein- und Auskopplung des Lichts wird ein Vierfach-Glasfaser-Array verwendet, wovon eine Faser f\u00fcr die Einkopplung, und drei Fasern f\u00fcr die simultane Messung der Ausgangsleistungen genutzt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Aktuell wird das optische Mess-System weiter aufger\u00fcstet, sodass in Zukunft eine Echtzeit-Einstellung der Polarisation sowie ein Wellenl\u00e4ngenbereich von 1450 \u2013 1650 nm zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen werden. Weitere im laufenden Jahr geplante Aufr\u00fcstungen umfassen die Einbindung von Strom- und Spannungsquellen f\u00fcr die Vermessung von aktiven elektro-optischen Bauteilen sowie eine automatische Wafer-Stage zur Erreichung der Voll-Automatisierung.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
