Ziel ist es, das Energiesparpotenzial von hocheffizienten Leistungshalbleitern aus dem Halbleitermaterial Galliumnitrid (GaN) voll auszusch\u00f6pfen, sie leicht und schnell in viele Anwendungen zu integrieren und damit Emissionen zu reduzieren.<\/p><p><strong>GaN-Chips: Energieeffizienz senkt CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck<br \/><\/strong>Energie effizient zu erzeugen, zu steuern und zu nutzen, ist ein entscheidender Hebel zur CO2-Reduktion. Je weniger Energie dabei verschwendet wird, umso weniger Emissionen entstehen. Intelligente Technologien und neue Halbleitermaterialien wie Galliumnitrid (GaN) spielen hier eine Schlu\u0308sselrolle.
