Dort wurde ein Sensorchip mit einer Germanium-auf-Silizium (Ge-on-Si) Sensorzeile und einem Beugungsgitter entwickelt. Im Projekt soll nun der im NIR-Bereich sensitive Chip in einen stark miniaturisierten Spektrometersystem-Aufbau zur quantitativen Analyse einer biomedizinischen Probe integriert werden. Als analytisches Werkzeug soll die Technologie der NIR-Spektroskopie genutzt werden. Diese gewinnt in den Gebieten der biomedizinischen Forschung, Umweltforschung und Lebensmittelindustrie zunehmend an Bedeutung.<\/p><p>Das Vorhaben fokussiert sich besonders auf die Realisierung eines einfachen, kosteng\u00fcnstigen Systems, welches sich von den aktuell auf dem Markt stehenden hochpreisigen unflexiblen L\u00f6sungen abhebt und ein direktes automatisiertes Detektieren eines Analyten erlaubt. Dabei sollen besonders aktuelle Sensoranwendungen, wie der &#8222;Vor-Ort&#8220; Detektion, Lab-on-a-Chip Systeme und in-line Prozessmonitoring adressiert werden.
