Diese werden vielfach in der industriellen Fertigung, so z. B. in der Lebensmittel- und Pharmaindustrie in gro\u00dfen St\u00fcckzahlen ben\u00f6tigt. Die Anforderungen an die Sensoren sind eine hohe Genauigkeit sowie eine hohe Robust- und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-c108059 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"c108059\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-5a0d9e1 exad-glass-effect-no exad-sticky-section-no\" data-id=\"5a0d9e1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0ced79d exad-sticky-section-no exad-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0ced79d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Am Beispiel von Druck- und F\u00fcllstandssensoren sollen die Vorteile NV-basierter Quantensensoren im industriellen Einsatz, insbesondere hinsichtlich hoher Druck- und Temperaturanforderungen sowie der Kalibrations- und Ber\u00fchrungsfreiheit demonstriert werden. Aufbauend auf einem neuen Sensorkonzept inklusive entsprechender Sensorsignalverarbeitung erfordert auch die Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik (AVT) neue Ans\u00e4tze, um alle Komponenten gemeinsam in die jeweilige Anwendung zu integrieren.<\/p><p>Unter industriellen Prozessbedingungen (-60\u00b0C bis +200\u00b0C) soll das Verfahren sowohl an einem robusten <strong>Drucksensor<\/strong> f\u00fcr Dr\u00fccke von 10 kPa bis 200 MPa sowie an einem <strong>F\u00fcllstandsensor<\/strong> f\u00fcr die nichtinvasive Messung in Beh\u00e4ltern f\u00fcr Prozesse bis 250\u00b0C \/400\u00b0C und Dr\u00fccken zwischen 100 Bar und 300 Bar exemplarisch nachgewiesen werden.<\/p><p>Im neuartigen Drucksensor wird die physikalische Gr\u00f6\u00dfe Druck direkt von NV-Zentren erfasst. Eine optimierte Diamantschicht und ein siliziumbasiertes optisches Sender-Empf\u00e4nger-Mikromodul werden durch neuartige AVT-Prozesse optimal aufeinander angepasst.<\/p><p>Die F\u00fcllstandsensorik erfasst die \u00c4nderungen der magnetischen Flussdichte in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit der magnetischen Suszeptibilit\u00e4t. Diese treten bei Medienwechseln im Inneren von Beh\u00e4ltern, zum Beispiel zwischen Luft und Fl\u00fcssigkeiten auf. F\u00fcr die Erkennung feinster Variationen werden dort ebenfalls NV-Zentren eingesetzt. Die hohe Sensitivit\u00e4t erfordert eine spezielle F\u00fchrung des Magnetfeldes sowie eine gute Abschirmung externer elektromagnetischer Strahlung. IMS CHIPS \u00fcbernimmt im Verbund die Entwicklung des optischen Sende- und Empfangsmoduls mit entsprechender Sensorsignalauswertung. Neben dem Entwurf von effizienten Antennen zur Mikrowellenanregung der NV-Zentren werden auch Komponenten f\u00fcr eine effektive Signalvorverarbeitung sowie zur Signaldetektion und Auswertung entwickelt.
