class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Enabling-Technologien f\u00fcr die Industrialisierung von NV-Zentren-basierten Sensoren<\/strong><\/p><p>Um Quantensensorik f\u00fcr die kommerzielle Nutzung bereitzustellen, sind Fortschritte im Bereich der Miniaturisierung und Integration f\u00fcr eine erfolgreiche wirtschaftliche Nutzung notwendig. QSCALE besch\u00e4ftigt sich gezielt mit wesentlichen Enabling-Technologien f\u00fcr NV-Zentren-basierte Sensoren, welche eine zentrale Rolle bei der industriellen Nutzung sowie der Steigerung der Skalierbarkeit dieses Sensortyps haben werden. Im Fokus stehen dabei neben der mikroelektronischen und photonischen Integration als zentralen Werkzeugen zur Miniaturisierung und Steigerung der Energieeffizienz Fragen der skalierbaren Fertigung des Grundmaterials, sowie erstmals auch Untersuchungen zur Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik von Quantensensoren.<\/p><p><strong>Skalierbarkeit der Sensortechnologie durch mikroelektronische und photonische Integration<\/strong><\/p><p>Die im QSCALE-Projekt verfolgte mikroelektronische und photonische Integration NV-Zentren-basierter Sensoren stellt eine der zentralen Enabling-Technologien zur Erh\u00f6hung der Skalierbarkeit einer Sensortechnologie dar. Hierdurch ergibt sich ein immenses Einsparpotential der Baugr\u00f6\u00dfe sowie der Leistungsaufnahme des Sensors. In Kombination mit der QSCALE-Forschung an der skalierbaren Herstellung des Sensorausgangsmaterials, sowie gezielten Untersuchungen der Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit mikrohybrider Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik f\u00fcr Quantensensoren, legt das QSCALE-Projekt die wissenschaftlichen und technischen Grundlagen f\u00fcr eine zuk\u00fcnftige Nutzung NV-Zentren-basierter Sensoren.
