Single process steps

As part of its technological services IMS offers individual process steps as a service for research and development as well as a support for other process lines. This offer includes all individual processing steps, such as layer separation, etching techniques or ion implantation which are also implemented in the qualified the overall process at the IMS. In addition, we also have a number of specialized processes, such as the etching of deep trenches or deposition of special metals in our processing portfolio. An additional focus is the deposition of epitaxial layers that can, f. e. be used in solar cell applications.
